In the pulsating heart of Baltimore's iconic 8x10 on April 24, 2024, LaMP, featuring the virtuosic talents of Scott Metzger (Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Wolf), drummer Russ Lawton (Trey Anastasio Band), and keyboardist Ray Paczkowski (Trey Anastasio Band) cast a spellbinding musical journey, steeped in improvisation and connection. Nestled within the vibrant neighborhood of Federal Hill, the 8x10 served as the perfect backdrop for the evening's sonic exploration. The venue's intimate setting provides a welcoming haven for music enthusiasts seeking some of the best improvisational music on the jam scene today.

At the heart of LaMP's musical style is a commitment to exploration and spontaneity. Drawing from their diverse backgrounds and influences, the band embarks on sonic adventures characterized by intricate interplay, seamless transitions, and electrifying improvisation. Their performances are not mere recitations of rehearsed songs but rather living, breathing entities that evolve and morph in real time, guided by the energy of the moment and the chemistry between the musicians.

With a subtle look, a slight nod, or sly smile, each band member is in constant communication with each other to take to take the lead in one jam after another.
