The Anthem in Washington D.C. pulsated with anticipation as fans gathered for a night to remember on September 6th. The air was full of excitement as The Aces took the stage, their first show as openers on the tour, replacing Ritt Momney.

From the moment they struck their first chord, it was clear that The Aces were not your average opening act. It was an unexpected and hilarious moment that perfectly encapsulated the playful spirit of the night.

The surprise didn't end there. The side of the Mario Kart winner's seat was decorated with a cardboard cutout of Bernie Sanders in his famous gloves, which was passed around for the rest of the show. It was a quirky touch that added another layer of fun to an already upbeat atmosphere.

As the night drew to a close, Goth Babe pulled out all the stops. The giant inflatable appeared again, as well as smaller inflatables joined the fray, bouncing above the crowd while confetti rained down from above. It was sensory overload in the best possible way, a cacophony of sight and sound that left the audience breathless and mesmerized.

Some songs really set the show apart and will resonate in the musical hearts of fans for a long time to come.  The infectious, pulsating energy of "Alone in the Mountains" off Goth Babe's newly released album Lola.  As the room pulsated, the audience jumped along to the beat and swayed to the melody. Another is the well-known hit Weekend Friday that Goth Babe used as his encore. The crowd anticipated this song and was very excited, and it was well received. With confetti raining down and everyone dancing - well, there was  no better choice but to end the night with this song.

It wasn't just the music that set this show apart, though, as Goth Babe's performance was stellar from start to finish. It was the artist's way of turning the concert into a shared experience and breaking the barrier between performer and audience. Every element of the show was designed to bring the audience into the performance, from the surfing to the crowd, the game interlude to the shared props.
