Whether you want to Spend a Night in the Box or have yourself a Psychobilly Freakout, be sure to see Reverend Horton Heat when he celebrates his 2nd Annual "Horton's Holiday Hayride" at the Black Cat this Saturday, December 15th.

If you have not seen Reverend Horton Heat perform live, this is a performance you do not want to miss! The Reverend has been considered by many the godfather of modern rockabilly and psychobilly. If you have not heard of psychobilly before, it an energetic fusion of rock, rockabilly and punk rock.

For twenty-nine psycho(billy) years, The Reverend and his band have blazed an indelible, unforgettable, and meteoric trail across the globe with their unique blend of musical virtuosity, legendary showmanship, and mythic imagery.

Be sure to come to the Holiday Hayride and listen to The Reverend's latest music as his newest and 12th Studio Album, Whole New Life, was released last month (November 30th, 2018)

We expect Horton's Holiday Hayride to feature hours of over-the-top and non-stop rockabilly music and entertainment. Joining Reverend Horton Heat for this night of over the top fun and memorable music are Junior BrownThe Blasters, and Big Sandy.

The region is fortunate to have the band make a stop deep in the heart of Washington DC as they continue yet another ambitous American tour that  crisscrosses the United States well into into April 2019 as they chew up more road than many Google Maps drivers will ever hope to do.
