Greensky Bluegrass has been on a whirlwind globetrotting roll for the past few months. Earlier this year, the quintet headed to Australia and then over to Reykjavik, Iceland for the first edition of Camp Greensky Iceland.  The band is now 
firmly back in the United States and has been touring extensively across the country as of late.

For two decades now, Greensky Bluegrass has built an empire - brick by brick and fiery performance after performance. This quintet is no stranger to the DMV, as they have graced us with countless performances across our region.

Next week on July 20th, Greensky Bluegrass, consisting of Anders Beck [dobro], Michael Bont [banjo], Dave Bruzza [guitar], Mike Devol [upright bass], and Paul Hoffman [Mandolin], will appear in Richmond, Virginia, at the picturesque Maymont. While many of us wish we had seen the wildly successful Camp Greensky Iceland (although we know more than a few DMV Campers who made the pilgrimage), this is now your opportunity to see this beloved band in a picturesque venue in the DMV and just a short drive from DC.

Maymont is a 100-acre historic estate and park in Richmond, Virginia. What better way to spend an evening than to stroll through the gardens and arboretum, see native wildlife habitats, feed friendly goats, explore The Robins Nature Center, visit the Mansion, and then see some incredible music in the estate?  

We couldn't imagine a more picturesque setting to see our fellow Campers.  We hope to see everyone in Richmond next week.
