Oteil Burbridge Comes To B Chord Brewing

Oteil Burbridge Comes To B Chord Brewing

Jason Herman
June 1, 2021

Washington DC native Oteil Burbridge will be performing at B Chord Brewing this coming Friday and Saturday - June 4th and 5th.

Burbridge will bring his friends along with him for these performances that are collectively and lovingly known as Oteil & Friends. Over the years, the lineup has changed, and in this latest iteration, Burbridge brings along friends Jason Crosby, Tom Guarna, and Pete Lavezzoli.

Burbridge is known as the charismatic bassist for Dead & Company, who will be hitting the road later this summer. Burbridge's extensive career has included lineups in The Allman Brothers Band, Col. Bruce Hampton, The Aquarium Rescue Unit, Vida Blue, and Tedeschi Trucks Band to name a few.

These two performances present a rare opportunity to see this prolific bassist in an intimate setting, up close, on the tranquil grounds of B Chord. Although you may also enjoy seeing Dead & Company tour, this is the opportunity to enjoy two lovely evenings with Oteil and his friends on lush green slopes with delicious local craft beers and vendors (B Chord brings Shakedown Street inside their venue as an added bonus).

We are truly excited to see one of DC's Native Son's return to the region before heading out on an extended tour in larger venues. We hope you can make it out to Round Hill later this week.
