Pigeons Playing Ping Pong Performs A Hometown Throwdown Later This Week

Once again Pigeons Playing Ping Pong has spread their wings and announced a wonderful treat for the DC / Baltimore region.  To use the lyrics of "Somethin' For Ya"....

No need to tell me twice
No need to read my rights
I'm ready for tonight
I got a feeling that you'll join me
You are the best around
I searched the whole damn town
...
Baby I got somethin' for ya
Something for my baby, whoo

Back in August, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong announced on-stage at LOCKN' Festival announced they would be performing a two-night DC run in December.

The band last performed in the city in March 2018 when they performed two sold-out shows at the 9:30 Club. Since then, the band has had continued their meteoric rise with some historic performances including their now infamous  Halloween 2018  Red Hot Sgt. Peppers run, another exceptional Domefest, and yet another appearance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Greg Ormont of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong - Domefest 2018

"To say we're excited to make our debut at The Anthem would be a huge understatement. We've been working our way up the ladder in DC for years, starting in the smallest of venues and loving every step of the process. We'll be thinking about all of those DC memories when we headline our biggest show to date at The Anthem this December."

DC Music Review is exceptionally happy to see Pigeons Playing Ping Pong and their fans take roost in Washington, DC this December. We are looking forward to seeing all of our Domies and fellow flockers  in our beloved hometown and reuniting under two exceptional venue roofs.

Note:  Tickets to December 6th's 9:30 Club show are only available via a 2-night pass and will not be sold separately. Limited quantities exist.)
