Dark Star Orchestra Performs At The Anthem on December 6th!

The holiday season is back and so is the ​best Grateful Dead tribute band in the biz.  Friday night, December 6th, The Anthem welcomes the return of Dark Star Orchestra for what has become an annual tradition in the Nation's Capital.  

Deadheads will once again revel in the music that Dark Star has brought to audiences all over the world for over 20 years and 2800 shows.  Since the new music venue in The Wharf has opened years ago, a December date has become a standard on the tour schedule.  

​DSO continues to grow its fan base by playing at larger venues for two and even three-night stands, as well as performing at major music festivals including Bonnaroo, Milwaukee's SummerFest, The Peach Music Festival, Jam Cruise, Wanee Festival, SweetWater 420 Festival, Mountain Jam, and many more.
