They have graced the stages of <strong>The 8&#215;10,<\/strong><strong>Gypsy Sally&#8217;s<\/strong>, <strong>The Jefferson<\/strong>, <strong>LOCKN<\/strong>, <strong>The Anthem<\/strong>, and the <strong>9:30 Club<\/strong>, to mention just a few. The quartet last appeared in Washington DC in October 2018 as the performed two spectacular and unique Holloween inspired nights of music. (See article below or <a href=\"https:\/\/dcmusicreview.com\/staging\/twiddle-enjoys-television-movies-with-a-very-memorable-930-club-run\/\">click here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Twiddle Winter 2020 Tour\" data-id=\"108564\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" title=\"Twiddle Winter 2020 Tour\" src=\"\/\/www.dcmusicreview.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Twiddle-Winter-2020-Tour.jpg\" scale=\"0\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>2019 was marked by some truly unforgettable performances, which included co-headlining <strong>Red Rocks Amphitheatre <\/strong>with <strong>Pigeons Playing Ping Pong<\/strong> and tearing up the summer festival circuit that included a set at <strong>LOCKN<\/strong> with <strong>Bob Weir <\/strong>of the <strong>Grateful Dead<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong><strong>Eric Krasno<\/strong>, and <strong>Jon Popper&nbsp;<\/strong>of <strong>Blues Traveler<\/strong>. The band took their foot off the gas pedal of constant touring and had a reasonably relaxed Fall 2019 tour. We look forward to welcoming Twiddle back to Washington DC. We can expect <strong>Mihali Savoulidis&#8217;<\/strong>s blistering guitar solos and reggae-inspired tunes, <strong>Zdenek Gubb&#8217;s<\/strong> memorable &#8220;Gubb-Dump&#8221; bass solos, <strong>Ryan Dempsey <\/strong>transfixing us with the sheer beauty of his piano solos, and <strong>Brook Jordan<\/strong> holding down the rhythm all together as he gets into bass and piano battles with his bandmates.As a special bonus to this performance, <strong>Scrambled Greg <\/strong>of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will open for Twiddle. &#8220;Scrambled&#8221; Greg Ormont is no stranger to Washington DC as he is a beloved funk hometown hero in Baltimore, MD.
