The &#8220;aid&#8221; we are providing is webcasting services free-of-charge to bands who had a show cancelled. We&#8217;ll be calling on viewers to aid the bands by supporting them, and aid the community by contributing to non-profits selected by the artists. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avoid touching<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>your eyes, nose, and mouth<\/strong>&nbsp;with unwashed hands.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avoid close contact<\/strong>&nbsp;with people who are sick.<\/li>\n<li>Put&nbsp;<strong>distance between yourself and other<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>people<\/strong>&nbsp;if COVID-19 is spreading in your community. This is especially important for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/specific-groups\/high-risk-complications.html\" style=\"outline: none;\">people who are at higher risk of getting very sick<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stay home<\/strong>&nbsp;if you are sick, except to get medical care. Learn&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/about\/steps-when-sick.html\" style=\"outline: none;\">what to do if you are sick<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cover your mouth and nose<\/strong>&nbsp;with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Throw used tissues<\/strong>&nbsp;in the trash.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately&nbsp;<strong>wash your hands<\/strong>&nbsp;with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clean AND disinfect&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/community\/home\/cleaning-disinfection.html\">frequently touched surfaces<\/a>&nbsp;daily<\/strong>. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
