Burbridge will bring his friends along with him for these performances that are collectively and lovingly known as <strong>Oteil &amp; Friends<\/strong>. Over the years, the lineup has changed, and in this latest iteration, Burbridge brings along friends <strong>Jason Crosby<\/strong>, <strong>Tom Guarna<\/strong>, and <strong>Pete Lavezzoli<\/strong>.Burbridge is known as the charismatic bassist for <strong>Dead &amp; Company<\/strong>, who will be hitting the road later this summer. Burbridge&#8217;s extensive career has included lineups in <strong>The Allman Brothers Band, Col.<\/strong><strong>Bruce Hampton<\/strong>, <strong>The Aquarium Rescue Unit<\/strong>, <strong>Vida Blue<\/strong>, and<strong> Tedeschi Trucks Band<\/strong> to name a few.These two performances present a rare opportunity to see this prolific bassist in an intimate setting, up close, on the tranquil grounds of B Chord. Although you may also enjoy seeing Dead &amp; Company tour, this is the opportunity to enjoy two lovely evenings with Oteil and his friends on lush green slopes with delicious local craft beers and vendors (B Chord brings <strong>Shakedown Street<\/strong> inside their venue as an added bonus).We are truly excited to see one of DC&#8217;s Native Son&#8217;s return to the region before heading out on an extended tour in larger venues.
