Recorded in a remote cabin in the majestic and calming landscape of central Colorado, the band embraced a minimalist approach in the recording of San Isabel. Finding inspiration in \u201860s and early 70\u2019s folk and pop, the original songs on San Isabel show reverence for early<strong> John Denver<\/strong> and <strong>Bob Dylan<\/strong>, as well as <strong>Simon &amp; Garfunkel<\/strong> and <strong>Crosby, Stills, Nash &amp; Young<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So you may ask yourself, &#8220;Why should I be excited to see and hear this Texan folk rock, Americana band?&#8221; Take a listen to the tracks off of their latest album and be excited for a tremendous night of music that lay before you.<\/p>\n<p>Before the fiddle plays a thoughtful refrain, and before the steel guitar and soft back beat sneak in for the second verse, the close harmony of Jamestown Revival\u2019s new song \u201cWorking On Love\u201d encompasses everything that makes bandmates Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance so beloved in today\u2019s roots music scene.
