Deep in the heart of Prince George’s County, Maryland and right outside of Washington, DC exists a wonderful homegrown bluegrass talent, Moose Jaw Bluegrass<\/strong>. DC Music Review was happy to find this talented group performing at the Vinyl Loung<\/strong>e <\/strong>at Gypsy Sally’s<\/strong> on November 24th.  Moose Jaw Bluegrass is comprised of five talented artists \u2014 four Maryland artists: Jason Roe, Addison Barlett, Josh Taylor, Chris Ousley, and Canadian fiddle player Stacey Sinclair.<\/p>\n

Moose Jaw Bluegrass combines hard-hitting originals, eclectic covers, and driven bluegrass favorites to create a unique and energetic sound sure to entertain. Moose Jaw is Prince George\u2019s County, Maryland\u2019s premiere working-class bluegrass ensemble! They perform traditional, not-so-traditional, original, and not-so-original tunes for audiences throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Moose Jaw\u2019s full acoustic lineup creates high lonesome melodies reminiscent of the bluegrass all-stars.<\/p>\n
