Are you looking for some fantastically D.U.M.B music this summer? To be more precise, what do you have planned for Friday, June 10th? If you want to delight in the music of two of the biggest names in the jam-band scene, then you want to buy tickets to see <\/span>Umphrey’s McGee<\/span><\/strong> and <\/span>The Disco Biscuits <\/span><\/strong>as they co-headline a night of unforgettable music at Pier 6 i<\/strong>n Baltimore, MD. <\/span><\/p>\n

We mean no disrespect by referring to this performance as a D.U.M.B. performance. In fact, we announce this performance with nostalgic delight. In 2007, Umphrey’s McGee and The Disco Biscuits teamed up to co-headline a tour and used their initials to name it the D.U.M.B tour. In 2022 Umphrey’s McGee and The Disco Biscuits are each touring separately. However on seven glorious nights this summer, the two bands’ tour schedules intersect as they become D.U.M.B. once again!<\/span><\/p>\n

“Small Strides” from Asking For A Friend<\/em><\/p>\n

If you are an Umphrey’s McGee fan, then the upcoming Pier 6 performance and seven D.U.M.B concerts are just one of many things to look forward to this summer. On July 1st Umphrey’s McGee releases <\/span>Asking For A Friend<\/span><\/em>. This album is accompanied by a behind-the-scenes podcast through <\/span>Osiris Media<\/strong><\/span><\/a> entitled <\/span>Talking Circles<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. With episodes leading up to the album release and stretching through the summer, Talking Circles will tell the story of the writing and recording of this set of brand new songs. Three episodes are currently live, including the backstory of the latest single from “So Much.”  <\/span><\/p>\n
