Gordon Sterling<\/strong> debuted his new project, Gordon Sterling and the People<\/strong>, Friday night when they opened up the show for the Pimps of Joytime<\/strong> at Gypsy Sally’s<\/strong>. Regular readers will need no introduction to this guitarist and vocalists who plays with Nappy Riddem<\/strong> and hosts the Gypsy Sally’s Jam<\/strong>.  Joining him in this band are, Mary-eL<\/strong> (Vocals), Gena Photiadis<\/strong> (Keys\/Vocals), TJ Turqman<\/strong> (Bass), and Adam “Snaxx” Orlando<\/strong> (Drums).<\/p>\n

We were on scene to provide a livestream of their set on the DC Music Review Facebook page.<\/a> You can also watch it on the DCMR YouTube page<\/a>, and through Periscope on the @DCMusicReview<\/a> Twitter.
