Look what legendary artists<\/span><\/u><\/strong> are visiting the DMV this week! Trey Anastasio<\/strong><\/a>! Billy Idol<\/a>! Don McLean<\/a>! Pat Metheny<\/a>! Chicago<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n

And something that I am still so very excited about is the continuation of DIRECT CURRENT<\/a><\/em><\/u><\/span><\/strong> which is, “The<\/strong>Kennedy Center<\/strong>‘s two-week celebration of contemporary culture.” The 2019 spring immersion showcases “some of the most provocative, original, and pioneering voices in the arts today… training its focus on new works, interdisciplinary creations in which artistic worlds collide, and innovative responses to topical concerns.”<\/p>\n

These shows are NOT TO BE MISSED<\/strong>! You could pretty much park yourself at The Kennedy Center<\/strong> all week and see multiple heart-mending art experiences a night. For example (to chose but one to highlight):<\/p>\n
